Oops! She Did It Again!

Can it be true? If so, there goes the neighborhood! Jamie Lynn Spears, the younger sister of Britney Spears has become prego just three months after giving birth to her first child says the National Inquirer.

What is most shocking is ...nothing! After all, this is the Spears family! Britney lost custody of her own children. Her mother sold out her daughters with a tell-all book and now the young Jamie Spears has sold out every tween and teen that ever considered her a role model for her part in Zoey 101.

10/9 Update: Okay, okay, we hopped on the gossip train a little too fast for this one, turns out, all the rumors have been squashed and there's no baby! Jamie Lynn set the record straight last night and she is indeed not pregnant!

Former American Idol Season 5 contestant, Paris Bennett, is pregnant. The nineteen-year-old aspiring singer announced she is pregnant with her first child and the family couldn't be happier.

"I'm proud of how she did it. I was 16 when I got pregnant," says Paris' mother, Jamecia Bennett. Oh dear, dear! I don't know about that.

Teen Pregnancy Pact

A new article in TIME magazine revealed an epidemic of teen pregnancy at Gloucester High School in Gloucester, Mass. Reporter Kathleen Kingsbury discovered that out of the 17 girls who became pregnant this year, half were sophomores who made a pact to get pregnant and raise their children together.

The 15- and 16-year-old girls were primarily impregnated by their boyfriends; however, in one instance a 24-year-old homeless man was identified as the father.

The Today Show examined the story this morning and spoke with Kingsbery and 18-year-old Gloucester teen mom Christen Callahan, among others. "You lose everything," Callahan told Today host Meredith Vieira.

Britney Spears by Jamie Lynn's Side

Britney Spears arrived in Mississippi yesterday afternoon to be by her sister's side. The seventeen year old, Jamie Lynn, is 9 months pregnant ready to give birth any minute.

Britney is the mother of two boys Sean Preston and Jayden James, and plans to help her little sister in any way that she can.

The father of the baby is boyfriend Casey Aldridge, the couple plans to wed after Jamie Lynn loses the baby weight.

It's been a busy week for Jamie Lynn Spears. The pregnant 16-year-old was spotted earlier in the week wearing an engagement ring and telling family and friends she is getting married to Casey Aldridge, the father of her baby.

Spears and Aldridge, 18, are expecting their child in the summer, but there has been no word on when they will wed.

Spears also set up a registry at Babies R Us in Baton Rouge on Thursday. The actress reportedly drove 80 miles to the store from her home in Kentwood, La. to look at the baby accessories.

Accompanied by a female cousin, Spears wore a shirt that said "The Rumors Are True" and selected items ranging in price from under $2 to $300. She asked for a car seat, bath towels and teething rings and a Baby Neptune Ocean Gym in gender-neutral colors.

On the registry, the "event date" is July 10 and Spears and Aldridge are co-registrants. Spears also wrote the message, "Thank you for supporting us during this special time."

The 16-year-old, who recently announced she was pregnant, passed her GED exam last month and supposedly received a pretty good score on reading comprehension. Jamie Lynn is now hoping to take the ACT entrance exam for college.

Once she has the baby, let's hope she chooses college over boozing or having more babies. And if not college-please Jamie-no shaving your head.

Spears Giving up her baby?

Jamie Lynn has decided that to further her career she must give up her baby. But the baby isn't going far. The 16 year old has decided to have her mother raise the baby so that the young Miss Spears can focus on her acting and maintain a normal social life. Hopefully Momma Spears will raise this one right.

Jamie Lynn's Alleged Baby Daddy Gone?

In Touch Weekly reports that Jamie Lynn’s alleged baby daddy, Casey Aldridge, wants nothing to do with her until she gets a paternity test. According to the magazine, Britney recently told a Spears family friend, “Casey doesn’t want to be with her until he’s sure that he’s the father.”

Reports similar to this one are swirling around the Internet but Spears' representative says that these are, "completely false." The Spears camp seems to be laughing off the rumors and concentrating on JL's pregnancy. Jamie Lynn's rep also states that, "They are still together and he has not asked for a paternity test."

Jamie Lynn Spears and her mother have said that Casey Aldridge is the father of the sixteen-year-old's baby.

Aldridge, who is believed to be eighteen or nineteen, grew up in Liberty, Miss., about thirty miles from the Spears home in Kentwood, La. Recently he has lived in Southern California and drove Spears to the set for her Nickelodeon series Zoey 101.

"He took amazing care of Jamie Lynn," a Spears family friend told People. "Anything ever went wrong, he always comforted her. He took care of her."

According to the source, Spears' parents both like Aldridge, as well.

"Jaime talks about how he really likes Casey because he's a great guy," the source said. "Lynne really likes him, too. He's a good kid, cares a lot about Jamie Lynn. They both adore Casey."

A source close to Aldridge said that although the pregnancy is a surprise, he will take responsibility.

"He's a stand-up guy, and he will take care of the baby," the source said. "He is not the type to let her deal with it on her own. He will be there in any way he can. ... I know a baby wasn't in his plans for right now, but he'll do what he has to do, and he'll be a good father. He really will."

The new episodes will run through 2008, or until she does something really stupid.
