Michelle Rodriguez Is Out of Jail!

Lost star Michelle Rodriguez was released from jail last night after serving just 18 days of her 180-day sentence for her DUI related probation violated. She got lucky if you as me! DUI is nothing to take too lightly.

This release was despite the fact that a judge had ordered her to serve out her full sentence with no option of work furlough, early release or home confinement.

Rodriguez to spend Christmas in jail

Lost star Michelle Rodriguez checked herself into Lynwood Jail yesterday afternoon to begin serving her mandatory 180 day sentence for violating her probation. Her probation violation stems from failure to show completion of community service and consuming alcohol three time while wearing an alcohol monitoring anklet. You may remember Lynwood Jail, because it is also the same place that Paris Hilton served her brief time.

Lost star, Michelle Rodriquez is going to jail! Yep, you heard it right! She is going to jail for six months for violating her probation. In protest, her fans have created an online petition to try to lessen her sentence for her drunk driving charges that was was previously charged with.
