Mel B admitted that she never diets

Mel B has admitted that she never diets – despite having one of the most envied bodies in showbiz.

The 33-year-old looks better than ever, even after having 2 kids – Phoenix, 9, from her marriage to dancer Jimmy Gulzar, and Angel, 21 months, with actor Eddie Murphy.

'I don’t believe in diets,' she tells Now. 'I stick to a healthy regime where you don’t have to starve your body. Just eat every 2 to 3 hours and
keep it high protein with simple carbs.'

The former Spice Girl, who's married to Stephen Belafonte, 33, has recently launched her own fitness DVD Totally Fit, which she promises can give anyone killer abs.

'My abs are down to that [workout] but you've got to keep it up,' Mel explains. 'I've been doing my 3-minute abs for the last 8 years.'

Mel also reveals that she hangs out with Jordan – aka Katie Price, 30 – when she's in America.

'Jordan’s hilarious. She’s a character,' she says. 'We always try to meet up whenever she comes to LA.'

The former SPICE GIRL’s pooch got an up-close view of its sexy master on a beach stroll in Malibu yesterday - not that it seemed to be paying her the attention she deserved.

Mel’s bikini body looked on top form as she soaked up the rays in the California sun, while her matching white pet chewed on a rag doll likeness of its owner.

It’s just as well the singer’s sporting a toned frame – she’s just announced the release of her first fitness DVD.

Called Totally Fit, Mel used her experience on US TV show Dancing With The Stars as inspiration for the 28-day programme of aerobic and resistance workouts.

She said: “For anyone with jubbily bits, I'm going to tighten you up, make you laugh and enjoy your workout no matter what level of fitness you are.”

The video will hit shop shelves in February.

Melanie Brown will get revenge on Eddie Murphy

Spice Girl Melanie Brown is set to get revenge on ex Eddie Murphy when she writes a song about him on her upcoming solo album.

The 33-year-old singer, who has a 14-month-old daughter with the actor, has penned a hate-filled track to vent her frustration at Eddie, who she claims rarely sees her daughter, Angel Iris.

She told Britain’s New! magazine: “The working title on my new song is Beverly Hills C**k because that is what he is. He never bothers with his daughter. I mean, what kind of man is that?”

However, Brown admitted she may have to tone down the lyrics because Eddie’s legal team have asked to hear the song before the album is released.

She told the magazine, “His lawyers will be vetting the lyrics closely.”

Murphy broke up with Brown while she was still pregnant with Angel. He questioned the paternity of the baby, but a DNA test later proved he was the father.

Lepaparazzi News Update: Scary Spice files paternity petition

LOS ANGELES - Scary Spice went to court Wednesday to try to scare up some child support from Eddie Murphy.

The 32-year-old singer, whose real name is Melanie Brown, filed a petition in Superior Court that seeks to legally establish Murphy as the father of her 4-month-old daughter, Angel Iris Murphy Brown.

Brown will also seek sole custody and reasonable child support, attorney Gloria Allred said at a press conference.

"I am here today for one reason and one reason only; her name is Angel," Brown said. "Angel is my baby and Eddie's. She will always know that she was planned and wanted by both of us."

Arnold Robinson, a spokesman for the 46-year-old actor, declined to comment.

Brown said she and Murphy dated for four months in 2006 before mutually deciding to conceive a child.

"The relationship was in full swing right at the beginning of my pregnancy," Brown said, adding that she was shocked when Murphy later said he was not sure he was the baby's father.

Allred said Murphy took a DNA test in June.

The test "established paternity but paternity has not been legally acknowledged," she said in a statement.

Brown, who dated Murphy last year, gave birth to her daughter April 3. She listed Murphy as the father on the birth certificate.

Murphy has five children from his marriage to Nicole Mitchell Murphy, who filed for divorce in 2005.

He got engaged last week to film producer Tracey Edmonds, according to Adris Debarge, Edmonds' executive assistant.

Brown also has an 8-year-old daughter.

The Spice Girls recently reunited for a tour that is scheduled to begin later this year.
