Amy Winehouse Punches Fan

It's been seven month's since her last full show, so Amy Winehouse wanted to make sure everyone remembered her return to the stage by punching a fan.

The troubled singer was performing at the Glastonbury Festival in front of 80,000, when she punched a spectator in the first row during "Rehab."

She had stepped down into the pit during the performance. After lashing out at the fan, she was gently escorted back to the stage by security staff.

Winehouse got violent because someone grabbed her breasts, said concert organizer Michael Eavis.

Her appearance at the festival seemed doubtful after she was hospitalized for collapsing in her London home earlier this month.

In newspaper interviews published last weekend, Mitch Winehouse, the singer's father, said his daughter had damaged her lungs and developed early-stage emphysema as a consequence of allegedly smoking crack cocaine and cigarettes.

The performance was part of Nelson Mandela's 90th birthday celebration. Winehouse was just one of many stars performing at the event.

JAY-Z will headline this summer's Glastonbury Festival!!!

Though January just ended, Hov's had a pretty active 2008. The Glastonbury announcement caps off an eventful week for the mogul. On Monday, JAY-Z premiered an Exclusive Video of "Pray", which was comprised of live footage from his "American Gangster" Tour. Sandwiched between today's announcement and Monday's premiere, JAY and DJ Clue hit the web with "Ain't I" from Clue's upcoming I Am Legend mixtape, among other things.

This summer in the United Kingdom, JAY-Z will, again, be putting on a historical, groundbreaking performance. The Glastonbury Festival is traditionally headlined by Rock and Alternative acts like Radiohead, Coldplay, Muse and Oasis. JAY-Z will be the 1st rapper - not to mention, one of the most successful artists - to ever headline the Festival. Glastonbury Festival organizer, Michael Eavis, told the BBC he was looking to "break with tradition this time and put on something totally different." Getting JAY-Z on stage seems like a pretty good step in that direction.
