Amy Winehouse is ready to quit music to reunite with husband Blake Fielder-Civil.

The 'Rehab' singer is prepared to do whatever it takes to win back ex-convict Blake - who started divorce proceedings while in prison after seeing Amy romantically linked to other men while holidaying in the Caribbean - and would even walk away from her successful singing career.

Writing on her page on social networking website Facebook, she wrote: "Amy would chuck it all in for 'im indoors.

She swiftly followed it with another message, saying: "Nothing is worth as much as Blake."

Friends of the troubled 26-year-old star replied urging her to move on from Blake, who recently moved his 17-year-old rumoured girlfriend Francesca Morralee into his London home.

Troubled British singer Amy Winehouse has been admitted to hospital after collapsing in the Caribbean.

The Back to Black hitmaker was taken to a medical facility on the island of St. Lucia after suddenly falling ill.

A representative for the star says she collapsed after running out of medication she had been using in her ongoing battle against drugs.

Winehouse has been enjoying a sunshine break in the resort since December following numerous health problems throughout 2008, which included a stint in rehab and several prolonged stays in hospital.

She flew out to the island in December following a stint in a London medical facility after reportedly suffering an adverse reaction to prescription medication.

Winehouse's spokesperson confirmed she was recovering well and was expected to be released from hospital shortly.

Amy Winehouse Moving To Suburbs

Amy Winehouse is moving to the suburbs.

The 'Rehab' singer - who has been battling her dug addiction on an extended Caribbean holiday - will swap hedonistic Camden for the quiet suburb of Hadley Wood on her return to London.

A friend told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "It's quiet and there won't be all that temptation on her doorstep.

"But it's near to her home London borough of Enfield and to Camden, so she won't feel too isolated. That's why she has agreed."

Hadley Wood's Tory MP David Burrowes says the North London suburb - which boarders Hertfordshire's idyllic countryside - has nothing to tempt the singer back onto a destructive path.

He said: "The area has no pubs, clubs or wine bars. The only nightlife is a whole lot of foxes and wildlife. Amy could take on a role in the community."

It was revealed earlier this month that Amy, who went to St. Lucia in December, is avoiding "bad influences" in London by recording her long-awaited third album in Jamaica, the home of late reggae legend Bob Marley.

A source said: "Amy is having the time of her life in St. Lucia and doesn't want it to end. She's looking and feeling so much better and is worried about the bad influences waiting for her back in London. She's written a big chunk of her new album and has told bosses she wants to go to Jamaica to record it."

Pals say the Rehab singer, 25, smokes ten spliffs a day on Caribbean isle St Lucia to suppress cravings for class-A drugs.

And they are ENCOURAGING her £500-a-week habit — as it has been giving her the munchies and helping her back to a healthy weight.

A close friend said: “Amy hasn’t touched crack or cocaine for months. She has been really good.

“Drugs are easy to get in St Lucia but she has just stuck to smoking dope.

“The amazing thing is she smokes all morning then sees her personal trainer in the afternoon and is put through a gruelling workout.”

The star has also been keeping busy by giving singing lessons to kids at a school near to her villa.

But the headteacher was horrified when she turned up at class wearing a bra and skimpy vest.

A source said: “They scrabbled around and found a spare PE kit for her to wear. Because she’s so tiny, it fit.”

Universal’s commercial director Brian Rose was dispatched to St Lucia to “drive some common sense” into the singer.

The company is said to have become fed up with Amy’s boozing and bizarre behaviour.

The 25-year-old has been snapped crawling under tables begging for alcohol from other guests after staff at the swish Caribbean resort refused to serve her.

Guests also said the Rehab star has been blowing as much as £8,000 on food and drink for people she barely knows.

A label insider said: “Brian has been told to drive some common sense into Amy and find out what the hell is going on.

“There don’t seem to be any solid plans for new music.

“But Universal is a business and it needs to know what is happening with one of its biggest talents.”

Universal last night confirmed Mr Rose had flown to St Lucia but insisted the meeting was to discuss future projects.

Winehouse's Road to Recovery

There is something to be said for any person that can turn their life around after making grave mistakes. However we have all witnessed people that become involved in drugs and alcohol take life-long nose dives. Few come back from the brink.

What does it take for a drug laden celebrity like Amy Winehouse to see her life is over if she doesn't clean up? According to Winehouse herself, she took a cold hard look at herself, literally; and her viewing the photo (above) provided her epiphany. Now she is in retreat enjoying the Caribbean sun. In a recent interview there Amy Winehouse is reflective. 'I thought: "Girl, you've got sort yourself out or you'll be dead soon." I was depressed, doing drugs and had no life in me at all. Coming here has changed everything. I don't need drugs.'

Winehouse now joins the ranks of Lindsy Lohan, Mickey Rourke, Robert Downey Jr. and other celebrities that have second chances not only at careers but life. It is a tough road for celebrities to overcome addictions; perhaps tougher than anyone else because they are in the spotlight and vulterous media writers lay in wait for them to stumble or fall so they may ridicule them in an article. While I don't mind commenting on class, lifestyles and faux pas of people, I hope you will think as I do--that no person should have their life destroyed over drugs or alcohol.

The fact is Winehouse is poised to fail because she has tried to clean up time and again. The photo (above) she credits with saving her life is most likely not her seminole moment and tougher times await her. I've seen this before in the lives of regular people and I have to wonder if Amy has hit the literal 'rock bottom' in her life. If she fails ...watch the train wreck because that is our human nature, but don't laugh as one day it could be someone you love or know.

The 'Rehab' singer - who reportedly romanced 21-year-old actor Josh Bowman while staying on the Caribbean island - has grown close to the handsome sports coach in recent days, despite declaring her love for jailed husband Blake Fielder-Civil, who has filed for divorce over Amy's holiday antics.

A source said: "Amy has met another man and they are getting on really well. She has had her eye on him for a while. He is another clean-cut, handsome, healthy bloke, much like Josh.

Blake Fielder-Civil began divorce proceedings against wife Amy Winehouse over the weekend. Through his attorney, Blake claimed he was going through with the divorce on the grounds of Amy’s alleged adultery. Brit celebrity lawyer Henri Brandman said his client will ask for half of Amy’s $20 million estate.

Blake admitted he was furious to read an interview with Amy in the News of the World, in which the singer claimed she was in love with 21 year old actor Josh Bowman. Josh and Amy met on the island of St. Lucia two weeks ago, and according to Amy, fell in love and now spend all their time sexin’.

And, it's gonna be a messy divorce!

Wino and Blake do NOT have a pre-nup. She has publicly confessed to having at least one affair, though more have been documented. And Fielder-Civil is gonna go after her money!

Blake's lawyer, Henri Brandman, says that Blake had instructed him to launch the divorce action on the grounds of Amy's adultery.

Amy Winehouse looking back to her best on holiday in St. Lucia

A holiday in St Lucia has done for Amy Winehouse what concerned friends and family couldn’t – it’s got the troubled singer on to proper meals and looking back to her best.

‘People blamed the drugs for Amy’s appearance, but she’s always struggled with eating disorders,’ a friend tells Now.

‘Her chaotic lifestyle meant she would eat kebabs or burgers, but that was rare. She’d gorge on sugar, too, if she got weak. She never ate three meals a day.’

While that may have been the singer’s dietary approach in London, the St Lucia sunshine has worked wonders.

She’s put on a total of 2st since reaching her thinnest last summer, just from eating regular meals.

Amy, 25, loves the spicy food on the Caribbean island and has been eating plenty of carb-heavy food and fry-ups since she began her stay in the exclusive LeSport Spa and Resort before Christmas.

In fact, friends say she’s so keen on St Lucia that she’s considering moving there to work on her music rather than heading back home for her next album.

‘Amy’s almost got curves again, like she did before Back To Black,’ says the friend. ‘It’s the heaviest and healthiest she’s been in a long time.

‘She’s been strong enough to get back to the gym again, which is something she really used to enjoy. If she comes home to her Camden flat now, some of us are wondering if she’ll just fall back into bad old habits.'

You may remember that Alex Haines used to be Wino's personal assistant and they got a little too personal while he was working for her (her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, was in the slammer at the time).

Well, Alex has now done what most people involved with Wino do: he sold his story to The News of the World.

Alex's revelations about Wino won't make your eyes bulge in shock, but it is a good after church read. Among the "shocking" revelations:

Wino dined on a hearty breakfast of toast and crack every morning.

Wino spent £3,500 a week on drugs and made crack pipes out of old drink bottles! She also once used a screwdriver to scrape out the residue from her crack pipe. “When Amy ran out of the drug it she would cut the bottle in half and sit there on the floor completely wired, scraping the inside to get the residue with a screwdriver."

Wino is a bulimic who lives off of McDonald's and Crunchie bars! Alex says she used his toothbrush to barf.

Wino was like Alex's own personal porn star. She was addicted to sex and wanted it four or five times a day. "When I stayed at hers I would be asleep downstairs and there would be this little girl on the bed crawling towards me waking me up for sex.”

Wino is a cutter!!! "Cutting herself was her favorite pastime.”

Wino is afraid she might join the 27 club of rock stars who died at the age of 27. (YOU THINK?!?!?!)

Wino wanted to prove to every one that she was the cokiest cokehead who ever coked, so she once snorted a line that was 20 centimeters long!!!

The Rehab singer, 25, is looking after patients and serving meals — in a bid to avoid being kicked out.

Amy has stayed at the exclusive London Clinic for almost three weeks.

She collapsed following a booze and drugs bender after a row with hubby BLAKE FIELDER-CIVIL, 26.

She was on the verge of being kicked out at the start of this week after a visit from Blake sent her back to her old ways.

But an insider said: “She has been charming the nurses by helping them with their tasks. She’s been mucking in.”

Amy also asked X Factor bosses for tickets to tonight’s final — but producers refused as they did not want her to overshadow the contestants.

Amy Winehouse apparently had sex with Blake Fielder-Civil in her hospital room after learning he was being sent back to jail.

It is thought the 26-year-old will return to Edmunds Hill Prison to complete his sentence after he allegedly failed a drugs test at the Life Works rehab centre in Surrey.

When Blake raced to tell Amy, 25, the news at The London Clinic, he is believed to have requested they be left alone for an hour.

‘It was obvious what went on,’ a source tells The Sun.

Blake later surrendered himself to officers in Shoreditch, east London, according to reports.

The former video assistant was due to leave rehab at the end of the month, but he may now remain incarcerated until early 2010.

In July, he was sentenced to 27 months behind bars for GBH and attempting to pervert the course of justice.

The singer was admitted to The London Clinic last month after collapsing at her home in Camden.

But last night she was snapped at a studio in east London before heading over to a pal’s house, reports The Sun.

Amy, 25, returned to the medical centre in the early hours of the morning.

Earlier this week, her husband Blake Fielder-Civil was sent back to Edmunds Hill Prison for allegedly failing a drugs test while in rehab.

Amy Winehouse is said to have started donating her valuables to friends. 

‘Amy says she just isn’t into “things” any more,’ says a source. ‘If she likes someone or gets a notion that someone wants something, she just gives it away.

'She gave a £5,000 bass guitar to a guy just because he picked it up and said it was a great instrument.’

Amy, 25, has also been clearing out her wardrobe. 

‘Designers are always sending stuff but she always wears the same thing: denim hotpants and a T-shirt,’ the insider tells the Sunday Express.
