Blake Fielder-Civil began divorce proceeding against Amy Winehouse

Blake Fielder-Civil
began divorce proceedings against wife Amy Winehouse over the weekend. Through his attorney, Blake claimed he was going through with the divorce on the grounds of Amy’s alleged adultery. Brit celebrity lawyer Henri Brandman said his client will ask for half of Amy’s $20 million estate.

Blake admitted he was furious to read an interview with Amy in the News of the World, in which the singer claimed she was in love with 21 year old actor Josh Bowman. Josh and Amy met on the island of St. Lucia two weeks ago, and according to Amy, fell in love and now spend all their time sexin’.

Let the fighting begin!!

The inevitable has happened: Amy Winehouse's husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, has filed for divorce from the singer, who is claiming that she is now off the drugs.

And, it's gonna be a messy divorce!

Wino and Blake do NOT have a pre-nup. She has publicly confessed to having at least one affair, though more have been documented. And Fielder-Civil is gonna go after her money!

Blake's lawyer, Henri Brandman, says that Blake had instructed him to launch the divorce action on the grounds of Amy's adultery.

Let the fighting begin!!!!

Amy Winehouse is still a mess

Thank Gods some things never change...
You may remember that Alex Haines used to be Wino's personal assistant and they got a little too personal while he was working for her (her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, was in the slammer at the time).

Well, Alex has now done what most people involved with Wino do: he sold his story to The News of the World.

Alex's revelations about Wino won't make your eyes bulge in shock, but it is a good after church read. Among the "shocking" revelations:

  • Wino dined on a hearty breakfast of toast and crack every morning.

  • Wino spent £3,500 a week on drugs and made crack pipes out of old drink bottles! She also once used a screwdriver to scrape out the residue from her crack pipe. “When Amy ran out of the drug it she would cut the bottle in half and sit there on the floor completely wired, scraping the inside to get the residue with a screwdriver."

  • Wino is a bulimic who lives off of McDonald's and Crunchie bars! Alex says she used his toothbrush to barf.

  • Wino was like Alex's own personal porn star. She was addicted to sex and wanted it four or five times a day. "When I stayed at hers I would be asleep downstairs and there would be this little girl on the bed crawling towards me waking me up for sex.”

  • Wino is a cutter!!! "Cutting herself was her favorite pastime.”

  • Wino is afraid she might join the 27 club of rock stars who died at the age of 27. (YOU THINK?!?!?!)

  • Wino wanted to prove to every one that she was the cokiest cokehead who ever coked, so she once snorted a line that was 20 centimeters long!!!

  • Wino's favorite drink is super classy. She loves vodka with supermarket tropical juice!!

Did you get all that? Wino is a bulimic, a crackhead, a cutter, a nympho and she's also the Martha Stewart of the crackworld. Basically, she's like every after-school special rolled into one mess of a package.
  • Shock! Amy Winehouse apparently had sex with Blake Fielder-Civil in her hospital room

Amy Winehouse apparently had sex with Blake Fielder-Civil in her hospital room after learning he was being sent back to jail.

It is thought the 26-year-old will return to Edmunds Hill Prison to complete his sentence after he allegedly failed a drugs test at the Life Works rehab centre in Surrey.

When Blake raced to tell Amy, 25, the news at The London Clinic, he is believed to have requested they be left alone for an hour.

‘It was obvious what went on,’ a source tells The Sun.

Blake later surrendered himself to officers in Shoreditch, east London, according to reports.

The former video assistant was due to leave rehab at the end of the month, but he may now remain incarcerated until early 2010.

In July, he was sentenced to 27 months behind bars for GBH and attempting to pervert the course of justice.

    Love, Junkie Style

Stories like these make me glad to be single...

In an interview with the UK's News of the World, Blake Fielder-Civil (Mr. Amy Winehouse) says that he's the one responsible for Amy Winehouse's addiction to drugs.

He's the one who got her experimenting with hard drugs like crack cocaine and heroin.

Before Blake, the 'only' thing Wino did was smoke pot.

He's on tape to the tabloid saying, "I dragged Amy into it and without me there is no doubt that she would never have gone down that road. I ruined something beautiful. Now I have to let her go to save her life. I am not abandoning her. I am doing this out of love.”

    You're off then? BYE.

But we'll know you're full of ca-ca should you go after her money during the divorce proceedings that, according to rumors, will be taking place soon.

Blake Fielder-Civil's request to have his sentence reduced has been rejected by the Court Of Appeal.

And he was sent from Edmunds Hill Prison into a Surrey rehab centre on 5 November.

He will remain in the clinic for the time being after Mr Justice Pitchford dismissed his appeal.

He said the court wants Blake, 26, to continue with the rehabilitation process and that it is only if "these attempts are successful that he has a worthwhile future".

Blake, who was present in court, said: ‘I am disappointed but not really surprised.’

He is yet to be reunited with Amy, 25.

SHOCK! Blake Fielder-Civil ' accepted early release from prison

He's said to be moving in with his mum

The jailbird is said to have accepted an offer of early release on the condition he moves in with his mum Georgette in Lincolnshire.

Blake, 26, will also be required to wear an electronic tag and obey a 7pm curfew.

‘Amy is obviously chuffed,’ a source tells The Sun. ‘But more surprisingly, even her family and friends are pleased.

'Because Blake will have to lead this disciplined life to keep in line with his conditions of release, they are hoping it will rub off on her too.'

Blake, who was sentenced to 27 months for GBH and attempting to pervert the course of justice, will apparently get a cab to Amy's Camden home everyday.

He is said to have rejected two previous offers of early release but changed his mind because he's homesick.

Amy Winehouse's Husband: I Choose Jail Over Rehab

You know your drug addiction is bad when you're offered early release from jail to go straight into rehab and you choose to stay in your cell. UK's Sun is claiming this is exactly what happened to Amy Winehouse's crack-lovin' hubby this week. He's seriously saying, "No, No, No," to a drug treatment facility.

How terrible! What is this poor dude thinking? Apparently he'd rather rot in jail then have the opportunity to clean himself out. He'd rather see out his prison sentence. It's such a shame, Amy Winehouse is such a great artist, has anyone checked out her Back To Black album, it's amazing! We hope she gets her life straightened out.

Amy Winehouse: Looks forward to Blake's jail release

Singer looks forward to husband’s release from jail

Amy Winehouse slept through the festive season last year because she had to spend it without husband Blake Fielder-Civil.

‘How horrible last Christmas was!’ she says. ‘I was so upset, I slept all Christmas. I knocked myself out.’

Last month, Blake, 25, was sentenced to 27 months in prison for GBH and attempting to pervert the course of justice.

But because he's already served 9 months on remand, he could be out before the year is out.

‘I really miss my Blake,’ Amy tells the Daily Star. ‘I love him so much.

'But I’m focusing on his release. I want to make everything perfect for him.

‘It looks like it’ll be Christmas Eve now. It’s so far away. But I just keep reminding myself of how lovely it’ll be.’

Amy Winehouse looking for a flat nearby

Amy Winehouse's husband Blake Fielder-Civil has been transferred to an open prison near Cambridge.

The jailbird is thought to have been moved from Pentonville Prison to Edmunds Hill because he is depressed.

‘Blake has found it really tough being inside Pentonville and is looking forward to being inside a more cushy prison,’ says a source.

And Amy, 24, is said to be looking for a flat to rent in nearby Bury St Edmunds, to be closer to her man.

Blake, 26, was sentenced to 27-months behind bars for GBH and perverting the course of justice.

But, because he served 9 months on remand, he is likely to be released just before Christmas.

Meanwhile, Amy’s new album is said to feature a track about food.

‘I can cook, chicken soup, meatballs, a good chicken - jerk and fried,’ she sings.

Blake Fielder-Civil on the verge of breakdown?

    Amy Winehouse’s husband seeks counselling

Blake Fielder-Civil is said to be struggling to cope in Pentonville Prison.

Amy Winehouse’s husband was sentenced to 27 months behind bars last week after pleading guilty to GBH and attempting to pervert the course of justice.

But after already serving nearly 9 months on remand while awaiting trial, Blake, 26, is thought to be feeling the strain.

He's even reported to have sought counselling.

‘He is on the verge of a nervous breakdown,’ an insider tells The Sun. ‘He has stopped his mopping job, which may sound funny, but it gave him something to do. Instead he mopes around his cell.’

Meanwhile, Amy’s celeb pals have spoken out about how she needs help as she comes to terms with life without Blake.

‘She’s not married a year and her old man’s locked up,’ Pete Doherty, 29, tells the Daily Record. 'It's a lonely life and she's hounded by the papers. I feel so, so sorry for her.'

Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding, 26, adds that moving from Camden will help Amy, 24, escape her demons.

‘It could do Amy good to get out of there and get a fresh start and perspective,’ she tells the Daily Star. ‘I love Amy. She’s a good girl. I’ll look out for her.

Blake Fielder-Civil wants wife Amy Winehouse to leave London

Dad Mitch reveals son-in-law’s desire for them to move to the country

Amy Winehouse's jailed husband Blake Fielder-Civil has urged her to quit her reckless way of life.

The singer's dad Mitch says his son-in-law, 26, reckons moving to the country will allow the singer to get away from her troubles.

‘He said to me: “We can't carry on living in London. We need to move out to the country,” Mitch tells The Sun.

Blake’s appeal comes as Amy, 24, lashed out at her minders during a night out in Camden this weekend.

She even punched a metal shop grille before slumping to the pavement in tears.

‘She was in a terrible state,’ says an onlooker. ‘She went home in tears. She looked awful, like her world is falling apart.’

Blake Fielder-Civil's female friend weeps for him in court

Sophie Schandorff says her ‘life is in tatters’ as Amy Winehouse's husband is jailed

The female friend who has been following Blake Fielder-Civil's trial burst into tears as he was sentenced to 27 months in prison yesterday.

Wife Amy Winehouse was not in court - but Sophie Schandorff, 21, sat in the public gallery blowing kisses and mouthing: ‘I love you.’

The German model says she’s devastated that Blake, 26, was not released immediately. He's already served 9 months on remand.

‘Blake’s mom says I’m the only one he wants to see,’ she says. ‘I thought everything was going to be OK but now my life is in tatters. He thought he was going to walk free.’

In an earlier hearing, Blake pleaded guilty to assaulting pub landlord James King 2 years ago and attempting to bribe him.

During the hearing at London’s Snaresbrook Crown Court, Blake's lawyer said he was keen to give up drugs for Amy, 24.

‘It is their ambition to divorce themselves from hard drugs, not to separate from each other,’ he told the court. ‘He wishes to become a role model for Miss Winehouse.’

Amy's dad Mitch, 57, says she's accepted she won't be reunited with her husband for a while. 'Amy’s doing well,' he tells The Sun. 'She had prepared herself for him to stay in prison a few months longer.'

Amy Winehouse’s Husband Sentenced to 27 Months in Jail

Amy Winehouse didn’t show up to see her husband get sentenced.

A judge on Monday sentenced Blake Fielder-Civil to 27 months in jail for assault and obstructing justice.

Winehouse’s hubby has admitted he beat up bar manager James King in a barroom fight in 2006, and then offered him $400,000 to keep the incident quiet.

Judge David Radford told Fielder-Civil he had behaved in a “gratuitous, cowardly and disgraceful” way.

The 24-year-old singer and Fielder-Civil, 26, married in Miami in May 2007. He was arrested in November and has been in jail ever since.

Winehouse hit it big with her 006 album “Back to Black.” Unfortunately, her music has been overshadowed by reports of drug use and her seemingly rocky relationship with her husband.
