Kevin Federline ‘dating bowling partner’

Britney Spears’ ex said to be seeing Victoria Prince

Kevin Federline appears to be moving on, two years after he split from ex-wife Britney Spears.

The rapper is said to have sparked up a relationship with Victoria Prince, a member of his bowling team the Party Animals.

He and the former volleyball star have apparently become inseparable in recent weeks.

Kevin, 30, and Britney, 27, finalised their divorce in July 2007.

The couple have sons Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2.

Kevin Ferderline revealed having children took toll on his marriage to Britney Spears

Kevin Federline has revealed that having children took its toll on his marriage to Britney Spears.

The couple struggled to find time to spend together because they were so busy looking after Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2.

‘It's hard enough to be in a marriage, and then have a kid, then kids – it changes everything,’ he says.

‘For me, I'd become more concerned with my children. Not that I ignored Britney, but my kids are always most important.’

Kevin, 30, and Britney, 27, split in 2006. But he admits it was unexpected.

‘We were having complications,’ he tells People. ‘But I was trying to work stuff out with her and she didn't even talk to me and went behind my back and filed [for divorce]. [I was] completely blindsided.’

Kevin is also dad to Kori, 6, and Kaleb, 4, with ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson, 32.

Kevin Federline: Rapper says he just wants the best for their children

Kevin Federline has rubbished reports that he only wanted custody of his kids with Britney Spears so he could get his hands on a slice of her fortune.

The rapper says he was concerned about spending time with Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2.

‘My first question to [my lawyer] was: "Am I ever going to be able to see my children?"’ he says.

‘I told him that I would spend every last dime that I had to make sure that my children are OK. That's all that mattered.

'I didn't know how much power Britney had. That really scared me.’

Britney, 27, handed over full custody of the boys to Kevin, 30, in the summer.

They have now reached an agreement where she has the boys overnight twice a week.

‘It's totally turning around,’ he tells People. ‘It works out that [the kids] get to see her.

'It doesn't have to be completely perfect, but the foundation is there.’

Kevin is also dad to Kori, 6, and Kaleb, 4, with ex Shar Jackson, 32.

Britney Spears praised by Kevin Federline after son's hospital dash

Star's ex was impressed with her rapid response

Britney Spears has been commended for her quick thinking, following her son Jayden's hospitalisation.

The two-year-old was admitted to the Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Centre on Sunday after suffering a severe allergic reaction.

And ex-husband Kevin Federline, who has full custody of Jayden and Sean Preston, 3, was impressed with how she coped.

'We're pleased that someone was aware enough to see that he was having some sort of reaction and do what was necessary to make sure there were no chances taken and got Jayden to the appropriate facility and got the appropriate evaluation to be timely,’ a laywer for Kev tells Us Weekly.

‘I don't anticipate there being a hearing. I anticipate that Kevin and Britney as concerned parents will exchange information and satisfy themselves that what happened was a freak occurrence and do what they have to do to make sure that it doesn't happen again.’

It was the first time Brit had taken the kids out of LA since Kevin, 30, gained full custody earlier this year.

Britney Spears' Jewels of Love

Meanwhile, Britney seems to be bouncing back from what was a highly publicized and unpleasant year, during which the troubled songstress lost custody of her two children (Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1) in July to her ex-husband Kevin Federline.

The decision to give full custody to Federline came after Spears shaved her head, had two stints in a mental institution, and was forced to turn over full financial responsibility to her father.
The "Gimme More" singer is now working on what will be her sixth album, as she's said to be collaborating with artists like Kanye West & Pharrell Williams. The album is due to be released in December.

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline Child Custody Case Closed

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline finalized their child-custody settlement Friday, including a $5,000-per-month increase in child support for the pop singer’s ex-husband.

An attorney for Federline delivered the terms of two separate agreements to Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott M. Gordon, who gave his approval late Friday afternoon.

The settlement ends a months-long saga between Spears and Federline over custody issues, attorneys fees and the singer’s public meltdown earlier this year. It may not, however, be the final word on the pair’s custody arrangements.

The couple’s children are young: Sean Preston is 2 years old and Jayden James is 1. As the boys grow older, and Spears and Federline’s lives evolve, so too might their custody arrangements.

“Everyone has a right to change it at some point,” Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan said Friday.

For now, Spears’ payments to Federline will increase from $15,000 to $20,000 per month, retroactive to July 15. Spears will also pay Federline’s attorneys, Kaplan and James Simon, a single payment of $250,000.

Last week, the parties said they had also come to terms on custody arrangements, granting the 26-year-old pop singer more time with her children, including additional overnight visits. The exact terms of that agreement were sealed by the court.

Spears’ father, James, currently controls his daughter’s financial and personal affairs as a court-appointed conservator. He signed off on the agreement on Spears’ behalf.

A hearing on the conservatorship is scheduled for Thursday.

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline reach custody agreement?

Former couple to put proposal to court tomorrow

Britney Spears and ex husband Kevin Federline are said to have agreed to share care of their sons.

Last month the judge overseeing their custody case asked the former couple to try to reach a settlement between themselves.

And now insiders claim that Britney, 26, and K-Fed, 30, will put forward their proposal to LA Superior Court at a private hearing tomorrow.

‘Commissioner Alan Gordon told Britney and Kevin to mediate a deal to avoid the nightmare of a trial,’ says a source. ‘It seems they’ve done that and it all now hinges on whether the judge agrees with what they put to him.’

It's hoped he will accept that Britney is well enough to look after Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 21 months.

‘She’s in terrific spirits and is extremely hopeful that the judge will allow her to become a proper mum again,’ the source tells the Daily Star Sunday.

‘She believes she’s within sight of being the woman she once was and wants to rebuild her life as well as her career.'

Britney Spears/ Kevin Federline Custody Trial Will Go Forward, K-Fed's Lawyer Says

After a mediation session, lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan says Brit's ex won't stop short of full custody.
By Chris Harris

On Thursday, Britney Spears, her father, Jamie, and her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, met at an undisclosed location for an all-day mediation session.

Both sides wanted to see if they could hammer out an out-of-court agreement over the custody of the couple's two sons — Sean Preston and Jayden James — in advance of an August trial during which permanent custody of the young boys will ultimately be decided by a judge.

By the end of it, a compromise was not reached, meaning the August trial will proceed. Not long after Thursday's marathon mediation session, Federline attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan told E! Online that his client isn't about to let his guard down.

"Kevin is seeking to maintain the sole legal and physical custody that he presently has," Kaplan told the tabloid news site. "There's nothing magical about 50-50.

There's nothing magical about 60-40. What's magical is that whatever order is in place, it's the order that best suits the best interest of the children."

In short, Federline wants his kids fulltime, cementing the temporary order now in place. "Kevin has had sole legal custody since January," Kaplan continued.

"He wants that to become the permanent order at trial, and the visitation to be consistent with what the court expanded it to this week."

As it currently stands, Spears has been afforded overnight visitation with her sons, which will commence on Saturday night.

She has also been awarded two daytime visits with the boys each week. And while Federline wants Spears to be a presence in his sons' lives, Kaplan said, he doesn't want to make concessions that would diminish his own right to be with his children.

"He wants to have an order ... that takes into account a certain stability and structure for the kids ... regardless of whose house they happen to be in at any given moment," Kaplan explained.

"When the conservatorship was imposed, it brought a certain sense of structure and stability to an environment that seemed to be continually in flux. And in flux is not a description of what you want for a child's environment."

Although Thursday's mediation yielded no change in the couple's current custody arrangement, it did get both sides to the table, and it began a positive dialogue that Federline hopes will carry over into the August proceedings, his lawyer said.

"The mood was comfortable, positive, and it was a mood that was consistent with opening at least a great dialogue, which is necessary," Kaplan told E! Online.

"The trial in August is going to determine two primary issues: custody and visitation, and attorneys' fees. ... If the existing arrangement was acceptable to both parties, we would have an agreement, and we wouldn't have to go to trial. But that didn't happen." Mtv News

Lepaparazzi News Update: Lindsay Lohan dating Federline

LINDSAY LOHAN is denying US press reports suggesting she and Britney Spears' ex-husband KEVIN FEDERLINE are a new item after spending a steamy afternoon together in a Los Angeles hotel.

New tabloid reports claim Federline spent the night with Lohan at the Raffles L'Ermitage hotel in Beverly Hills last week (04Apr07) after she phoned him and invited the rapper to join her for a drink.

Sources tell the National Enquirer, "Kevin and Lindsay are dating, and Lindsay made the first move.

"Kevin met Lindsay through Britney, and they were always flirtatious with each other."

The insiders claim Federline was invited to "talk business" with Lohan and he thought the meeting with Lohan would be about a film project.

The publication claims the couple made love. Lohan denies the story.
