Another Hollywood couple call it quits!

Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman Anthony Kiedis, 45, has split from his 22 year-old former model girlfriend, Heather Christie. The couple dated for more than three years and have a son together, Everly Bear.

Heather's rep is speaking about the break-up for her saying, "Anthony is a great dad and I will love him forever for giving me the gift of life. I really hope he finds what he's looking for."

Kiedis most recently published a book, Scar Tissue, that was a look into the rocker's life and long battle with drug abuse. It is a favorite among music fans.

"Californication" is all mine, damnit!

Rock band The Red Hot Chili Peppers are in the process of suing Showtime networks over their television series "Californication" stating that it is a violation of trademark law due to the band being "commercially recognized" for the word, which they are refering to as a slogan. In 1999, the Chili Peppers recorded an album with the same name which was a huge success. They are asking that Showtime stop using the name and surrender any profits gained as a result. Why do I see this turning ugly? Let's hope the Peppers do not get too fired up although it may already be too late.
