Portia De Rossi Denies IVF

Portia de Rossi is not trying to get pregnant.

The 'Arrested Development' star - who married talk show host Ellen DeGeneres last year - says rumours she is having in vitro fertilisation (IVF) are "completely made up".

She said: "There's a story around right now about me that could not be further from the truth. The IVF story. That was just completely made up."

It's not the first time the 36-year-old actress has been the subject of pregnancy rumours.

She added to US TV show 'Access Hollywood': "The baby thing comes around annually. I find once a year whether I deny it or not. It doesn't make any difference."

But a rumour Portia is pleased to confirm is her upcoming appearance on her wife's daytime talk show 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show'.

It will be her first time on the popular programme and she is very nervous.

She said: "Well, I don't know what she's going to ask me! I mean, really on the spot. You know? No, it'll be really fun. I think she'll go pretty easy on me."

Portia de Rossi and Ellen DeGeneres have no plans to go on honeymoon after their romantic wedding - they're far too busy.

The couple, who have been dating since December 2004, tied the knot on Saturday, just weeks after California overturned its ban on same-sex marriages.

Portia, 35, is delighted to be a newlywed and says she feels 'amazing'.

Insiders say the ceremony, which was held at the Beverly Hills home 50-year-old Ellen shares with her bride, was an intimate affair with only a handful of guests.

‘They were hugging and kissing and looked ecstatic,’ an onlooker tells Us Weekly.

‘Ellen was helping Portia with the train of her [Zac Posen] dress, which looked like a Cinderella tutu.’

Ellen DeGeneres marries girlfriend Portia de Rossi

Washington - US television talk show host Ellen DeGeneres and her long-time partner actress Portia de Rossi were married in Los Angeles, according to a news report Sunday.

In May, DeGeneres announced plans to marry de Rossi during a taping of her popular show, after California's Supreme Court ruled that a previous ban on gay marriage was unconstitutional.
The couple has been together since December 2004.

DeGeneres, 50, and de Rossi, 35, exchanged rings and handwritten vows during an 'intimate ceremony' Saturday night at their home in Los Angeles, People magazine reported.

The wedding was attended by 19 guests, including DeGeneres's mother Betty and de Rossi's mother Margaret Rogers, who flew in from Australia.

'She's taught me lessons about myself, and I feel like I've taught her. We've both changed and grown, and we just feel like, 'Oh, okay, this is completion',' People quoted DeGeneres say saying.

Gay couple will get hitched in California

Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi plan to wed in the next two days.

The couple are said to be organising an intimate ceremony in California.

Ellen, 50, announced they were getting married in May, after the California Supreme Court overruled the state's eight-year ban on gay unions.

‘It's something that we've wanted to do and we want it to be legal and we are very, very excited,’ Ellen said earlier this year.

'I think someday people will look back on this like women not having the
right to vote and segregation and anything else that seems ridiculous
that we don't all have the same rights.'

Ellen has been dating Portia, 35, since December 2004.
