Karma 101: O.J. Simpson Found Guilty

O.J. Simpson has been found guilty on all charges in the armed robbery-kidnapping trial!

It was 13 hours of deliberation for the jury after 13 years to the day O.J. Simpson was acquitted of killing his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend, Ronald Goldman.

O.J. now faces a prison sentence of 15 years to life for gunpoint robbery of two sports memorabilia dealers in a Las Vegas casino hotel room more than a year ago. Wow, talk about a crazy case. Life always catches up to you in the end, folks!

O.J. is charged with felony robbery charges

The robbery was caught on tape! This fact is what has led Las Vegs authorites to officially charge and arrest O.J. Simpson with felony robbery. One of the co-owners of the auction house Universal Rarites, Thomas Riccio, turned on his Olypus digial voice recorder before the group entered the hotel room at the Palace Station. Riccio was there to help Simpson prove certain memorabilia being auctioned by Alfred Beardsley was stolen. Riccio says he believed Simpson was going to confront Beardsley in the hotel room to give him an ultimatum -- either hand over the goods or Simpson would call the cops.
Apparently, Simpson freaked as soon as they entered the room, and it can be clearly heard on the tape, as he begins hurling obscenities at the sports dealer and saying " Think you can steal my s**t , and sell it?". The judge is calling Simpson a flight risk at this time and is holding him on no bail at this time, but if the D.A. fails to file an official complaint he could walk free.

OJ Simpson runs his own "sting" operation

Las vegas police are question O.J. Simpson about this involvement in a private " sting" operation that took place at Palace Station hotel in Las Vegas. Apparently, Mr. Simpson was given information from a sports memorabilia dealer, that some collecters were illegally selling sports memorabilia that belonged to Simpson. Alfred Beardsley, the sports memorabila collecter, spoke exclusively to TMZ.com and claims that Simpson and others posed as customers who wanted to buy the suit Simpson wore when he was acquitted.
Beardsley says they entered the room and two men drew guns. He said Simpson was calling the shots during the alleged robbery.
Earlier today, Simpson told the AP he didn't break into the room, he just took what was his. According to another witness that was in the hotel room at the time, Bruce L. Fromong, claimed that the men had weapons and held them at gun point, but Las Vegas police have recovered no weapons at this time.
