Nick Nolte's Malibu house caught fire yesterday, the actor suffered fire-related injuries. When firefighters arrived at about 11:30 A.M., the actor's house was burning and Nolte was trying to put the blaze out himself.Nolte smelt smoke from upstairs and broke a window to escape before tackling the blaze. The fire was reportedly started by an electrical burst in a bedroom.
The only injuries the 67-year-old actor sustained were smoke inhalation and a scrape to his arm, but he did not go to hospital for treatment.
Damage was caused to the structure and contents of the house, but the building was not destroyed. The house sustained millions in damages. So sad, we're happy he is okay.
