The dancer lifts her arm and looks concerned but Madonna appears to mouth "I'm fine" and the singer and dancers continue on without missing a beat.
The video footage makes the fall look staged but fans showing concern over Madonna's health isn't unwarranted. Recent photographs have emerged of Madonna looking emaciated. The paparazzi chooses to focus on her arms that expose most of her veins in an unflattering way. Her body fat is very low due to extreme workout habits, a strict diet, and strenuous dancing during her concerts.
