UsWeekly says that at a benefit for the Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific Foundation in Honolulu, Hayden flipped out at photographers and reporters. Before posing for pictures, she yelled "Back up!" When a TV reported touched her on the shoulder to get her attention, Hayden screamed, "Don't you ever touch me!" Hayden finally had enough, but before she stomped off, she told reporters, "You all make my life miserable!"

She's even making the whales cry!

Actress Hayden Panettiere father handed two years probation

Stunning Heroes actress HAYDEN PANETTIERE's father has been handed two years probation and ordered to attend domestic violence counseling, after he was charged with assaulting his wife.

Alan Panettiere appeared in a Beverly Hills court this week, where he pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor battery, stemming from a much-publicised fight with his wife in August last year.

He was handed 24 months probation, £265 in fines and ordered to attend 52 weeks of domestic violence counseling.

He must also obey a protective order that was previously placed against him.

Hayden Panettiere's New Ink

Usually, we're used to rappers and rock stars getting new tattoos all the time. It's not often a blonde starlet reveals some new ink to the photographers following her in California. 19-year-old Heroes actress Hayden Panettiere showed off her ancestry with a tattoo that reads, “Vivere”, meaning ‘to live’ in Italian.

She's done some great work for our friends in the ocean! Hayden was recently in Washington D.C. where she was given an award for encouraging the public about its voting rights and continued to push for her ‘Save the Whales’ campaign.

19 year-old Heroes actress Hayden Panettiere was spotted outside of her trailer on the set of “Heroes” in Pasadena earlier this week! She was nice enough to flash a smile at paparazzi as she got ready for the day’s filming. Season 3 of Heroes is currently on TV right now, a new episode was on last night, did you catch it?

Hayden's co-star Kristen Bell was recently a presenter at The Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood, California for the 2008 Hollywood Life Style Awards. The "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" star was looking fabulous in a champagne colored strapless dress! Forgetting Sarah Marshall was just recently released on DVD, go check it out for some good laughs!

Band From TV clips from Netflix LIVE! On Location

Netflix brought ‘Netflix LIVE! On Location’ to Los Angeles with a unique summer concert and screening event featuring today’s most celebrated television stars. The night began with an hour rock-and-roll set by Band From TV followed by a screening of a series of classic television programs. The Netflix-hosted outdoor event was open seating and free to the public, and a total of 1800 fans came out to support the cause. Hayden Panettiere's Dad Gets Arrested

Heroes star Hayden Panettiere is having family problems! Her father, Alan, was arrested on allegations of spousal abuse early Monday morning. He is accused of hitting his wife, Leslie, in the face.

Violence is NEVER cool, ever! We hope he learns a good lesson! He was busted at 3:00 A.M. today and taken to police custody, where he currently remains.

Meanwhile, the new season of Heroes: Villians comes back in September. The third season will focus on the bad guys and will show how they get together and rise up to destroy the earth!

Hayden Gets A Ticket

Who said celebrities are above the law? Heroes star Hayden Panatierre was seen picking a traffic ticket off the windshield of her car.

She got a ticket for illegally parking her Porsche Cayenne SUV in a “No Parking” zone in Los Angeles on Wednesday. She was with her younger brother buying a mattress when the came out to find the unfortunate fine on her car. Oops, Hayden!

Hayden Panettiere has a new set of ads for Candies and she looks as though her good girl image was dropped in order to portray a trashy school girl. Last February's Candies campaign consisted of Hayden eating ice cream and playing with puppies, now she's half naked leaning seductively over musical instruments... what a difference a few months can make....

It's got a reggae and Caribbean type vibe. Take a listen. We're not crazy about it and think she looks like she's trying way too hard to be sexy in the video. Thoughts?

Warrant issued for Heroes Star in Japan!

The police in Japan has issued an arrest warrant for Heroes star Hayden Panettiere stemming from her save the dolphins campaign in the country. It has been claimed that the arrest warrant was issued for obstruction of commerce ( apparently blocking a boat with some surfboards, obstructs local commerce?) Hayden and other local activists were fighting to stop the annual hunting of the animals by local fisherman. Here is the video of Hayden's tearful plea:


When Hayden was questioned about the warrant this was her response: "Potentially jail, but i doubt it."
