Obama Brings It Up During Three Fundraisers

President Barack Obama wrapped up three fundraising events for his reelection bid by tackling the birther issue head-on  again.

"My name is Barack Obama. I was born in Hawaii," he said as a crowd of 1,300 stood, screamed and applauded.

Just hours after trying to quash speculation about his birthplace by releasing his longform birth certificate, Obama couldn't resist poking fun at the controversy.

"Nobody has checked my ID but just in case..." Obama said tongue-in-cheek, as he reached into his pocket pretending to reach for his credentials.

Andrew W.K.'s Hilarious Weather Bit

I'll never watch my local weather man again. Andrew W.K. sorted out the weather in perfect style in a guest bit on Fox. I don't know if he rehearsed it or not, but he nailed each change in the map with a laugh. You've got to check out this video. Be warned - you WILL laugh.

Who is Andrew W.K.? He made is splash as a hard core grunge type rocker with no less than 5 party songs with the name party in them in the early 2000's. He's become a popular speaker on the College circuit yet has no college degree and most recently has a show on Cartoon Network, Destroy Build Destroy. He's one of those guys that to look at him you figure, "Oh no, here's trouble" but he is actually all about positive energy.

You Can Now Watch 'Watchmen" - Fox and Warner Brothers Settle!

The story ends folks. PCM has been watching the Watchmen saga for weeks now and in perhaps a bigger story than the movie itself, the two movie houses Twentieth Century Fox and Warner Brothers have come to terms avoiding a court decision which would ultimately be complicated and counter-productive to both parties.

The terms have not been made public. Some details are known. Judge Gary Feess is positioned to dismiss the case as Fox and Warners have agreed to a large settled payout (and box office percentage) instead of Fox being a co-distributor of Watchmen.

These two titans in the movie industry have been knocking heads over Watchmen for sometime and this settlement as practically an 11th hour decision as Watchmen has already begun releasing pre-movie release licensed sale items and the film's release date is March 6th.

The crux of the matter is that Fox had questionable rights to the story and did not exercise any claim on the film until after it was completed. Essentially Fox decided there was money to be had by playing it's card of rights ownership and they won. Fox is now about to gain money for nothing. ...Except for what the lawyers earned. They are always the true winners.

Beyoncé under fire for ads

Beyoncé Knowles is under fire for an ad campaign for a kids collection of her House of Deréon clothing line. Fox News discussed the ads and the message they send to children.



"A lot of parents have been noticing for many, many years now that there has been increasing 'pornification' of advertising, clothing lines," said Fox News contributer Michelle Malkin. "What makes this example particularly odious... is that you have someone who has... postured as a role model for young women, and the fact that her mother is involved in it as well.
