"One day, my friends and I decided to ditch school and go to the beach, and I wrote a fake note: 'Please excuse Audrina Patridge. She wasn't feeling well today. Any questions, call.' So I just ditched school and I went [to the beach], and our counselor at the time called my mom and asked where I was, and so she covered for me. She told them that I was really, really sick and that I was throwing up, and she did it to embarrass me, because when they called me into the office the next day, I had to sit there in front of all of them and tell them that I was throwing up and that I had diarrhea and I had to stick to her story. It was probably one of the last times I ever ditched — first and last...."

Audrina Patridge Still in Running on Dancing With the Stars

Audrina Patridge and Tony Dovolani scored 46 points out of a possible 60 on Dancing With the Stars this week, doing an Argentine tango. The reality show and fashion star wore lovely finger waves in her hair for the performance. Patridge has said that the tough rehearsals are having a positive effect on her figure, getting her legs and abs in top shape.

The show has also had some effect on Patridge's relationship with boyfriend Corey Bohan, due to the long hours required for learning the dances, but the latest celebrity gossip is that he's cool with it. Bohan recently told Star, “I’m planning a holiday to a tropical island if she wins - there might even be a ring!”

When you get past all of the glitz and glamour it turns out Audrina Patridge is a really down-to-earth girl who doesn’t mind earning her keep.

The “Hills” hottie was spotted (gasp) picking up her own dry cleaning yesterday amidst running a bunch of errands in Beverly Hills, California. And she looked cute in a casual black dress teamed with silver strap sandals.

And when it comes to staying fit, Patridge says she’s all about eating right and exercise. “I order what I want when I’m out, but I don’t eat all of it.”
