National Day of Prayer: Can you pray away crime?

National Day of Prayer 5 May marks the National Day of Prayer - and yes, this is the beginning of the Tequila flows like manna from heaven.
I have been in the National Day of Prayer site and came across this work in prayer efforts in the state of Washington, courtesy of coordinator of the state.
