The fashion event brought out supporters such as Ally Hilfiger, designer Nary Manivong, director David Swajeski and stylist Crystal Streets. DJ Chris Wonderprovided music as the DRESSED preview played behind the bar. Guest were also treated to complimentary cocktails by Tequila Avión andBeerlao while nibbling gourmet appetizers, crafted by Lair’s Executive Chef Chris Cheung.

WHAT: New York City’s fashionable crowd recently braved the cold to attend the official opening party of the compelling fashion documentary DRESSED, at newly opened hotspot Lair. A fashion documentary based on designer Nary Manivong’s journey, DRESSED tells the inspirational tale of perseverance—from enduring many hardships throughout his life, including a broken childhood and homelessness, to the success of his collection presentation at New York Fashion Week. DJ Chris Wonder provided guests with music throughout the night, as the DRESSED preview played behind the bar on Lair’s flat screen televisions. Mario Stewart and Erica Maurer, owners of EMRG Media LLC(a leading event planning and marketing company) outfitted the Lair staff with shirts, provided by Nary Manivong and the DRESSED team.EMRG Media LLC also sponsored and produced the event, treating guests to complimentary cocktails by Tequila Avión and Beerlao while nibbling gourmet appetizers, crafted by Lair’s Executive Chef Chris Cheung (formerly Nobu and Monkey Bar).
