Things I'm up to this weekend


Just a very quick post to update you on the preserve making addiction. Here's the trolley in my kitchen loaded up with strawberry, raspberry, blackcurrant, tayberry, apricot and plum jam, and orange marmalade.


Next on the list is chutneys and pickles. My favourite being Brinjal pickle (best eaten with cheese in a crusty roll) and, carrot and chili chutney. I found this fantastic site with some recipes I thought I might try out tomorrow.

Back tomorrow with the results, fingers crossed.
