I got back from Vienna on Friday. I did see a little bit of it in an American tourist kind of way (10 seconds per place), but then it was a business trip so I was lucky to see anything I suppose.
On Saturday I had my nails done - what do you think of the black and white polka dots? These are called 'Minx' and last about 8 weeks.
We had a great day on Sunday - we hosted Tim's gran's birthday party. Just wanted to show you a couple of pictures of the food we laid on. Homemade old fashioned trifle made with my raspberry jam and custard made with the little bantam eggs, Greek salad, huge leg of lamb, joint of pork with homemade apple sauce, roasted vegetables and many other things I have forgotten.
I have the rest of this week off so I shall be posting as and when. Today I went and had my eyebrows waxed and had a facial, and then popped to Brighton to see Twilight Eclipse and thought it was pretty good. I liked the fact that you find out more of the back story of some of the other characters.Lots of things planned for the rest of the week, including more fruit picking, working out on my new Cross Trainer (got it very cheap thanks to Hot UK deals) and might even treat myself to a hair cut! :-)
