Yes, Miss blobby made it round the 5k today. My god it was humid, boiling hot, really really hilly (the whole course in fact - I'd say it was a very advanced course), but I made it. Here's a picture of me in my running gear looking hideous with zero makeup on!
Right, off to now do some core training in one of Davina's DVDs to try and shift that mid-drift!
