Yesteryears master filmmaker Padmarajan's classic Innale will be remade in Hindi as
Yesterday with Salman Khan in the lead role.
Salman Khan will play the role which Suresh Gopi portrayed in the original.
The makers are planning to rope in Vidya Balan or Asin in the female lead which was
handled by Shobhana in the original.
Innale is the story of a young girl who loses her memory in an accident, totally
forgetting her husband Narendran and her past. She then falls in love with Sharath
in a new hamlet, where no one realizes the past of the girl. And when Narendran
finally catches up her in the new place, the movie proceeds to a thrilling emotional
finish.
