Her Debut Tour The Hello Katy Tour kicked off in the US in January 2009, to support the album. Live Nation has been listed as the tour promoter. On the eleven-th of July 2009 she performed at T in the Park in Kinross, Scotland. Katy Perry also played at Oxegen 2009, in Ireland.
The Hello Katy Tour is the 5 continent tour by American singer-songwriter Katy Perry in support of her debut studio album, One of the Boys. The tour will visit North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
After completing the Warped Tour 2008, Perry announced the tour in November 2008, following the MTV Europe Music Awards 2008, which she hosted. In an interview with Billboard, Perry stated, "I have the guy who creates stages for Madonna working on this tour, I'm indulging my obsession with fruit and cats and designing all different outfits."
