I've been running around like a headless chicken today, first of all I popped to the supermarket (not for food, just foil trays, napkins etc) to get a few bits for the BBQ we're having tomorrow with all local produce then I went to pick up my latest ebay purchase. I won this cupboard for £10, not bad eh?
I just covered the front with some leftover fabric to jazz it up a bit, but other than that I like the colour and I like that fact that it's bashed about so I won't change anything else. I do have a collection of old keys so I'm tempted to glue one into the hole and add a key tassel.
Then I rushed home, put the shopping away and tidied, and got to work, srubbing, wire brushing and painting the front of the garage. What do you think? Can you guess that I like blue? ;-) I used Wilkos' own shed paint (like Cuprinol shades only a fraction of the price!) in Bluebell. I love using these paints on wood as they cover it so well and you don't need to use a primer.
