Just checking in with a quick post. I've been busy listing all my cosies on ebay and updating my website. It's been a while since I updated it and I now have lots of new products to add so it seems fitting to to do it now. I can't give out business cards to people if my site is a year out of date now can I! :-) I'm afraid it's a bit of a rush job - I'll have to take some nice new pictures, but it'll do for now!
I've decided to put some money aside to upgrade from our Eglu Mark 2 to the cube so this is all in aid of that. I shall be keeping a tally of my progress and updating you all. I've been inspired by some of the gorgeous things Mel at Country in the Town has been making for her craft fair and thinking perhaps I ought to have a go at a few myself. I was put off before because I barely made back the cost of the stall last time. I think my tea cosies and gift sets might do better than some of the products I was selling last time.
I had a bit of luck today - I've been looking for a belfast sink for ages, but they seem to go for £100 on ebay. Anyway, I spotted one listed on freecycle and I'm going to collect it tomorrow. So now we have a free sink for our kictchen! I'm sick of our stainless steel sink, they are so small compared with butler/belfast sinks. I mean, how are you supposed to wash up pots and pans properly in those tiny sinks?!
Enjoy what's left of the weekend! x
