Just a quick post because I'm about to go and tidy the garage to make way for our new chest freezer. My parents are going to get us half a pig for Christmas. I couldn't think of anything else we needed really!
I wanted to show you the baby blanket I'm knitting. I popped into this needle work shop in Worthing and bought some wool, I explained that I was making a baby blanket. They asked me if I was using a pattern and I said "No - I'm making it up as I go along.".Well, it was like a dirty word in there - "No pattern, goodness me!". I think it looks quite sweet, I'm sure there are fancier blankets out there but I don't have time to faff about with a pattern. Honestly, I have so little time that every car journey where Tim is driving I have my knitting with me! I'm even going to take it to work with me and knit in my lunch break! :-)
