I just thought I'd update you on the front door! It's all finished and I hope you'll agree that it looks fab! :-)
It's painted in 'Cobalt blue' which is from the Dulux period paint range and I love it!
I popped into my favourite shop, Nutley Antiques, the other day and tucked away in a corner I spotted a pair of curtains that look very familar...on further inspection I realised that they were made using the same fabric as the wallpaper I put up last week. Ok so they were £28 but I was going to make them and you couldn't buy the lining and all the fabric for that cheap so I think I've got myself a bit of a bargain and saved myself some time.
I still need to make my curtains for my sewing room, but the fabric and the header tape arrived yesterday so I've no excuse now!
