This is just a 'taster' so to speak of Mr's gran's (when I say 'Gran' I mean cool lady who walks around in designer 3 inch heels and looks about 45!) wonderful cakes. ALL the flowers are made by hand with sugar paste, she bakes the cakes to her own recipe using the finest ingredients...she goes to Harrods to buy glace pinapple (the only place you can get it!) at £20 for 10 slices! She even goes to the trouble of hand washing all the dried fruit and removing the stalks. I can't imagine there are many bakers that would go to that much trouble! All the royal icing is done by her, I always say she'd make a good plasterer!
