I've been really organised this year - I've bought all the Christmas presents and wrapped them. I even had time to put the decorations up.
We think we've sold our house, only the one we want to buy has gone. I spoke to their agent and put an over asking price offer in, but I'm not going to hold my breath...I seriously doubt the owner will accept my offer. Oh well, that's house buying, it's soul destroying and after this move I hope I don't have to go through with it for at least another 15 years.
