House buying

We've decided to put the house on the market and get a bigger detached cottage with driveway and garage out in the middle of nowhere. We've been looking in all sort of places, including Binstead and Bentley, Maresfield, Danehill, Horsted Keynes, Uckfield. I really want a 3-4 bed cottage with bags of beams and character, we've seen a few possibles but haven't got our hopes up just in case they sell before we can sell our place. Tim has to sort out the place in Birmingham too so that we can actually afford it! I'm really excited anyway and I can't wait to start house hunting! :-)
