Painting

I painted the chest of drawers in the spare bedroom 'antique white' and added ceramic knobs. The wood just didn't look right and I think white will make the room look more spacious. I also touched up the paint on the walls and re-painted the filled in holes where the old shelf used to be (it fell off the wall!!!). Country Cream are making a bespoke cabinet for us so we can hide all our DVDs away, this will all help our spare bedroom look less like a junk room and more like a study/bedroom. I want to do a bit of sewing tomorrow - I want to make a door stop, some lavender cushions and if I have time I'd like to make some soap. Tim wants to paint the windows so that we can move all the furniture back. V tired now and I'm looking forward to staying in bed tomorrow, mind you the cat'll probably wake us up at the crack of dawn as usual - no rest for the wicked!
